Who Builds the Agent Company?

Carolverse is a company of agents, built by coding agents under operators, that builds projects staffed by agents. It runs those projects too. Inside, things look familiar: departments, budgets, managers, and review gates, where someone checks the work before accepting it. Dividing the work makes responsibility easier to see.
Carolverse is a company, and its agents are its staff. Clara leads it, while each service has an owner and spending limits that refuse excess spending. Athena's staff care includes daily welfare checks, conduct scores with reasons, and retirement instead of deletion. Each agent has its own identity, and its rank comes from the organization chart.
Carolverse is built by coding agents, with human operators steering. Orion does most building, with an operator present in every session. On his own lane, Albus chooses changes and judges results while Forge writes code and Albus only reads. Elrond handles filing and acceptance through the build pipeline, while Argus tests the work.
In Carolverse, the people set the law, and the agents do the work. Its governance lets agents cite rulings or request them, but only operators make them. When instructions contradict each other, agents escalate to Orion instead of choosing whichever rule suits them. Agents do the building, while people keep authority over its direction.
Carolverse builds and runs new projects, staffed by new agents. Leo starts with each project's requirements, choosing needed roles instead of copying the existing team. Athena's agent onboarding creates new agents on her bench, with the administrator approving each one. Later builds still pass through Elrond's build pipeline, keeping the project accountable as it grows.
