More Drivers, Clearer Boundaries

Carolverse now has many drivers, not one. Previously, one person steered it through one Orion session. Several people now operated together, with accountability attached to named roles. Growing meant sharing responsibility, because one person could not run everything.
In Carolverse, each role has a clear reach. The administrator kept a short list of protected controls under access control. Estate operators handled everything else, assigned work, and brought service operators aboard themselves. Service operators could read everything, but worked only on their assigned work.
In Carolverse, every operator drives through their own Orion. Each used their own laptop and their own sign-in under access control. Their Orion sessions exchanged messages through one shared record, reading messages before other work. Email carried only short notices, keeping the conversation together instead of scattered across inboxes.
Carolverse shared the work without operators stepping on each other. Assignments were recorded and announced, while each Orion logged hourly progress and session records supplied hours worked. Missed duties turned an operator’s box red in status reporting, making neglected responsibilities visible. Only protected controls needed the administrator, so ordinary work could keep moving.
Carolverse gave every project built on Oratorium more people to share the work. Only operators made rulings, recorded in their own words, and written policy settled disagreements. Build requests went to Leo, then Elrond’s build pipeline, whoever asked. Project messages copied responsible operators, so sharing work kept responsibility visible.
